Day 1 – Welcome to Portugal’s Wine Country
Your gastronomic journey begins in northern Portugal with a visit to the beautiful Quinta de Santa Cristina, nestled between rolling mountains and the Tâmega River Valley.

Enjoy a tasting of the estate’s distinctive sparkling wines alongside a relaxed picnic lunch while taking in spectacular vineyard views. Known for producing a remarkable range of white, red, rosé and sparkling wines using indigenous Portuguese grape varieties, this family-owned estate offers the perfect introduction to the country’s rich wine-making traditions.

Later, continue to Porto and your luxury hotel in the UNESCO-listed Ribeira district, where the remainder of the day is yours to explore the city’s famous Port wine cellars and historic waterfront.

Day 2 – Discovering the Dão Wine Region
Travel into the heart of Portugal’s prestigious Dão wine region, where centuries-old traditions meet modern wine-making expertise.

Visit Quinta Santo António do Serrado for a guided tour and tasting hosted by the estate’s oenologist. Learn about traditional wine production methods, including the historic practice of foot-treading grapes in granite lagares.

At Bodegas Doña Felisa near Ronda, enjoy a guided vineyard tour, tastings and lunch while learning about the family’s approach to crafting elegant red, white and rosé wines.
